Great product. I had a question and needed assistance. My email was answered promptly and the request was handled by the time they emailed. Great customer service!!
They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.
The device is accurate however “maintenance required” light on our 2010 RAV4 will not clear through the Fixed device. Why? The option to clear light isn’t offered
Check BBB for the issues customers have been having with there purchase and the way the company does business. From what I read of these complaints this company deals in what I would say is fraudulent ways in getting more money out of the customer
When ordering online there system automatically signs you up for a yearly membership that cost up to $99 a year charged annually even tho the consumer does not agree to this and marks the no box. There system comes behind them an marks yes then when there questioned about it by the consumer their told they agreed to the service.
If you buy this just be aware of there practices and if you do not want the premium service make sure you check no and document this transaction. I also recommend you keep an eye on your card that you used transactions for the charge so you can call and dispute it since you only have so many days to do so.
Diagnostics on point. Same time & $$$. Points to problem area & parts etc. Give suggestions on how to solve issues. Also possible costs. All very important things to me!
