They charge you a subscription fee automatically without you ever signing up for it and make some long winded bs way of going through their site cramming their product subscription down your throat to get your refund back, we will see if I even get the refund back…

They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.

Pay for cheap get cheap

Pay for premium and get hints as to what the problem is. Usefulness 5* for how small it is. only scan code and erase. Ran into "YEARLY LIMIT" CAN NO LONGER USE IT.... USELESS OR WORTH THE $20??? NOt worth it

It is not an accident, of you accidentally purchasing the subscription. They do it regardless. It's a SCAMM. As far as the scanner goes, it's JUNK, the SCAMMED SCANNER

I accidentally signed myself up to a…

I accidentally signed myself up to a subscription to this service by mistake, I have order and received my first order and the product worked so well I purchased another two for friends and family to use. When I became aware of my subscription and the cost involved I immediately contact FIXD and the were able to cancel my subscription and refund my subscription fee straight away. I would have no problem referring their products or their company to anyone thinking of buy from them

This company is terrible

This company is terrible! They blatantly charge your CC $99 after your purchase. Returning the product is pure hell! Even worse, is trying to have the additional $99 charged on your card to be removed. This company should be investigated, but in this climate, by the time it is done, they will be long gone with millions they scammed from customers. Don't go near this company unless you are a glutton for punishment.

Same story

Same story! Do NOT buy this product unless you like being charged over $100 every year for something you canceled! The product itself initially worked great, however I'm having to fight to get money back from something I canceled almost a year ago. After reading the reviews, the only solution seems to be closing my credit card out so they can't keep doing it! Word of advice to this company, change your policy and quit scammng people. Horrible customer service!

I purchased 2 fixed sensors

I purchased 2 fixed sensors, when I installed the first one it came up the extra cost of $149 for premium for 12 mths, i purchased it as we had a check engine light on that our mechanic could not fix, it has not caused any problems with the car in the last 2 years. Using fixd premium it came up with the same as the mechanic, but not how to fix it, the air bag light is also on but no fault was picked up, so I tried to re scan using the dash board light section, it came up with a fault, I thought great we now will know, it was the fixd unit that was faulty, tried it again, then told upon instillation of the air bag there is a fault that had never been cleared, again thought great we have an answer, but no I was wrong, I still don’t know how to fix it, I still don’t know the problem, I just know that I paid $149 for two units, $149 for premium and if I want it for the other car I need to pay an additional $149. Now I have an airbag light that will not go off, a low oil light is on (oil level is ok) and the 4wd lights keep flashing, if I try again what other lights will now flash? Clearing them did not help. While on the web site re reading everything I noticed they advertise it for $19.99 per sensor and $19.99 for premium so why did I get charged so much? Not happy would prefer my money back as all I have is extra lights on my dash that I don’t know the fault or how to fix them, which is no more than the mechanic had already told me, except he did not charge me.

Scam

Scam. Don't buy this. They will charge you for the premium subscription 1 week after purchase without any consent. The product doesn't even work on most cars here in Australia. Very disappointing and I hope these scams catch up with the company.
