Five Star Properties and Bliss Beach Rentals

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Family Traditions! We are a large family and Family Traditions provided plenty of space to spread out. The furnishings are comfortable as well as attractive. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. The outdoor living areas are wonderful. We all greatly enjoyed the resort style pool and outdoor kitchen. Many in our group feel that Family Traditions And Five Star provided our family the best vacation rental experience we have had!

The location was perfect and so easy to access the beach. Having a private beach was especially great during COVID which meant you weren’t near many people. The house had everything we needed and more than enough room. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

We travel A LOT and this vacation rental was one of the best jones we’ve ever stayed in. The home is beautiful!!! It was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed to just relax and enjoy the pool and beach. It was a 5 min walk to the beach and close enough to restaurants that we could order anytime needed. A golf cart was also included which made local transport quick and easy. We encountered a few minor issues with the internet and TVs upon arrival, but the rental manager promptly addressed and fixed the issues for us, so we didn’t miss out on any of the amenities. The rooftop and view is the ocean is great and we felt very safe in the property. I can’t say enough positive things about it... we will definitely be coming back!

We stayed at Bella Vizio townhouse and it was amazing! Everything was very clean. There were clean towels on every bed and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The views were incredible from every level! I would definitely recommend five star to anyone. They even had baby gates which was awesome because I have a toddler.

The property itself was OUTSTANDING. What was lacking was prompt communication via online messaging. Never received a response, after multiple messages, and had to call for an answer. On the plus side, service over the phone was always helpful and polite. The other negative was we had a service person show up to change air filters, unannounced. We should have been given the headsup prior to a maintence check, not requested by us.

Very easy to book and pay for our vacation house online. The property was just as pictured on the website. The folks at Five Star Properties gave us a couple calls at the start of our stay to see if we needed anything and were very helpful. No issues with the property at all. We will definitely use this company for our next vacation!

Our house we booked with Five Star Properties was Beach Baby! The company it self was very professional and detailed. Having not used this company before, I was pleasantly surprised as I did not know what to expect. Being a travel advisor who mostly travels abroad; my family and I was very happy to have found such a well kept home in such a nice area. The house was very spacious and we loved the pool. We loved the privacy we felt from the trees etc. the house was very clean!! and everything we needed was there so there is no need to over pack as we did bringing kitchen accessories. The walk to the beach was a heaven sent, it was so close and we look forward to traveling there or to another 5 star property very soon. My negatives would be it is very dark at night so some lights would be great especially if you are traveling at night as we were and not sure where the house was located. Also I think a few more trash cans would be great! To conclude, it was a wonderful, great trip and we wished we would have booked the house for another 7 days; but all good things must come to an end. Moreover should you book this home you will enjoy every moment from the house, to the pool, to the grill, to the beach and to the surrounding area where you can see lots of friendly people and eat great tasting food.

I've rented from Five Star Properties in the past and never had any issues. However, this time was a little different. Casa de Palms is a beautiful house, but it would have been nice to know that the shower in one of the downstairs bathrooms wasn't working before we arrived. Also, the couches in the living room were stained and could use a good cleaning. In addition, I had to call the office for the first two days of our stay for the right code to access the beach as the first two codes I was given was incorrect. The customer service I received from the office was always good. However, the home is beautiful, but could really use a deep cleaning (baseboards and all). We picked up trash around the pool area and the cleaning crew had swept one of the garages, but left the debri in the garage.

Overall it was a wonderful experience, from booking to departure. Simple to book online. Arrival was great. Had a small mishap with the door code but it was not a big deal for us at all. I had received a phone call a couple hours before arrival stating that the house was ready if we wanted to check in early and that she would update the door code just in case. We ended up getting there 10 minutes early and upon arrival the door code wasn’t working and I had to call the office. It was very quickly resolved and we were inside in no time. I received a call after arrival to ensure we were settled and asked if we needed anything. We were well informed about check in/out procedures and felt like had any other issues come up during our stay, we would have had no problem getting them resolved. Communication was great as well as the customer service. Would definitely recommend going through Five Star Properties to book a vacation.

Great location and house was very clean and well taken care of.

Beautiful property but you do not get what you paid for. We had several issues while staying here. Air conditioner was broken down stairs. The fire alarm went off for an hour because of a leak in the ceiling, the dryer did not work, etc. we did not have a comfortable stay.

Great service. We had no issues whatsoever. We will be back next year. You have our business from now on.
