Five Star Properties and Bliss Beach Rentals

Wonderful property nicely appointed the reason for4 stars is the TVs In bedrooms were extremely small when most people are used to a 50 inch or larger . In spite of thAt I would book again had a great time

Great, easy process with 5 Star Properties. The condo was exactly what we had hoped for. Great vacation getaway!

I had originally booked a property in May that I searched long and hard for to meet our families needs. In August about three weeks befor our much anticipated annual family trip I received a call that the house I chose was no longer available. It had sold. Although they offered me three other options or a full refund, imagine my frustration. By this time just about everything was booked where we wanted to be so I had no choice but to settle on the one property that was even on 30A. The others were in destin. I will say the area we were in was wonderful but the house was very unkept by owner. Communication about house and immenities and what was available within the community was non exsistent. I been renting all along 30A for many years and have never had an experience quite like this.

Excellent. Beautiful home, great accommodations. Enjoyed the pool and the private area on the beach with the chairs. We had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

We have used Five star properties in the past which is nice, this home had a few problems for us. The front room with three beds was so hot about 90 degrees the entire stay. The parking problems, we have two trucks and the high garage we had 4 newborns asking us to move the trucks the entire time. So we will not be going back to this home. There was a house being built next door with nails and screws all over the front steps and courtyard so the kids couldn’t go out there.

The ac went out and you guys did not fix problem.we slept 2 days with no ac

The place looks like its photos. Bathrooms are tad small . Property nicely kept. Some minor repairs needed during stay. Staff responsive to emails and calls. Would definitely recommend.

Aqua Tranquility is a very nice property for sure- including a nice lake view enabling a scenic view to watch the sun rise and set .. The only issue we had is the pool not being clean upon arrival- however, I reported the issue and the pool vendor came out the next day and cleaned it.. There is an issue with frogs in and around the pool- which is expected since the property is so close to a lake ..... Other than that I would recommend staying and this property and will more than likely book it again in the future..

The house was clean, very nicely furnished, and the layout of the house was great for our multi-generational extended family. This is our 7th year to have an extended family vacation at the beach, and this house was our favorite so far! We loved the close location to the beach and that it had a decent size private pool for grandchildren to enjoy. All of the appliances worked well, and two sets of washers and dryers were a definite plus!

I wish I could rate this property with 5 stars, the house was beutiful and location great but the house was nasty. Poorly clean, you paid for a cleaning fee and you expect a lot more of what we get in this property specially in the Covid-19 era, grease nasty pool with hair and a lot of garbage from previous renters that my husband hadto clean, kitchen was nasty, bathrooms dirty, water was freezing cold in all thebathrooms... and the WORST THE HOUSE IS INFECTED WITH BEDBUGS some of my family members including my 15 months old baby got bedbugs bite. I have photos of everithing, this is unbelievable, we have rented so many others properties in the past and always has been an outstanding cleaning standard, this is our first time with five stars properties and I am very disappointed, I don't ask for much but I do expect at least a good cleaning standard. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE If they do not improve their cleaning standard.

We loved the house... very well stocked with kitchen equipment.. plenty or glassware, dishes, pots & pans, blenders, coffee makers, 2 dish washers in kitchen & one in lower level, 2 washer / dryer areas.. the large family room off the kitchen was very comfy... & plenty of other spaces to go & be quiet! Pool area great... lots of space & chairs .. we did grill & that space needs a light ... hard to see what you are cooking. The beach service was lovely... The chairs & umbrellas were there everyday! We had a few problems... called & they were very speedy in meeting our needs. Also, very friendly... it’s a great house for a large number of people. We all had a wonderful time.

August 2020, Upon arrival, we notice the house had no exterior lighting within the entrance way of the property. So, I had to use my flashlight on my cellphone to access the property through the garage at 830 pm. The place is beautiful & in a great location BUT!!!! It seemed the entire house was barley cleaned, and was clearly not disinfected for COVID. The rug, couches, dining chairs and the bar stools at the breakfast area was filthy. Moving on the showers on first & third floor was clogged up. There was sand everywhere several bed liens were dirty. We had to do laundry and the Kitchen Utensils (Knife) were rusty. No exterior pool lights on one side of the pool the hot tub water was cold, rooftop lights were out. Basically, everything that was advertised was there. Unfortunately, the condition of certain things that drew us to the place was in poor condition. I placed an emergency call along with an email to property management with Five Star Properties approximately 9:30pm. I didn’t receive a response back until 10am the next morning. Andy stated I guess you had some issues with the property. I stated my issues and he stated he could have somebody set up to come out to clean the furniture today “IF WE LIKE” our he could cancel cleaning service whatever easier for me. I did not realize I was going to have so many issues. The cleaning crew, along with Pool & WIFI Maintenance, all arrive between 4pm-5pm. They cleaning lady was extremely rude. The lady asked me” what wasn’t cleaned. They steam cleaned the furniture and rug on the second floor which again delayed all plans due to No- One was able to access the second floor and wouldn’t be able to sit in the dining area or sitting room until 4-5 hours later. The third-floor bathroom water was freezing cold, the microwave on the second floor repeatedly throughout the break box. The Maintenance crew did not exit the property until 8pm. So, our original plans were ruined due to no lighting to conduct a balloon release with other ongoing issues. I do have documents. The house was beautiful but clearly no one has visited this property on the site and it is being completed overlooked. The experience was terrible and for the price we paid to stay here, it was NOT worth the price to say the least. I DO NOT RECOMMEND…

Beautiful condo! Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again in 303

This is a stunning beach house with some extra amenities that we really appreciated, the carriage house, outside bathroom and laundry room. It was so nice to have use of the outside bathroom and not have to go upstairs to your private bathroom, more time on the beautiful beach for us. The laundry room outside meant not worrying about taking wet towels inside the house. The carriage house was so perfect for my 25 and 22 year old grandsons. They thought of it as their own apartment. They loved it! I would have given a 5 star rating, but there were some raised places in the main living/dining room area that were a bit off putting. But, we loved the house and would enjoy renting again.

Very nice the whole family enjoyed especially the kids! Location excellent across from the beach! We will revisit!

When called on the a/c unit and elevator their response was very quick and appreciated. I think when units have tenants scheduled for arrival the a/c units should be lowered to at least 75 degrees...we are in the heat of summer...our units were set at 78 when we arrived ...it took over 8 hours to cool it down. I also believe it was low on freon....but the tech said no ... however every afternoon the a/c couldn't keep up with the heat AND we kept all blinds closed which we really wanted to see the view of the ocean. It should be noted in all the homes we've rented from you this was the only one we've had a/c issues with.

We loved Destin and this house! Maintenance was quick to fix an issue with hot water. Very pleasant to work with and look forward to going back!
