We have already had our front bay windows re-done; this decided us to go further with others. We were very happy with your representative who visited, and we were happy enough to agree to go ahead with the further work.
Had a great conversation with the original visit. All options were explored and an acceptable solution was chosen. Shortly afterwards received a call to book the technical survey and then the install. The survey was quick, professional and detailed. The install was amazing. 2 fitters arrived at the time they were supposed to, conducted a quick inspection then cracked on with the install. Install complete and the fitters cleaned up after themselves, demonstrated window operation and ensured I was fully happy. I was so impressed I actually ordered a further install and received the same level of service. I’d highly recommend.
Fantastic service from sales to survey and installation. Couldn't be happier with the results - exactly what we hoped for for our home. Two new doors and three windows perfectly fitted. Elevating the look and feel of our home as part of updating and replacing very old ones.

I requested 3 bedroom windows and one composite front door. The windows were fitted with no issues but they could not supply the grey front door i wanted, so I agreed to have a black one. I clearly and obviously asked for a black door and black frame. They fitted the black door but fitted a grey door frame. It looked awful. When I asked why they had fitted a grey frame with a black door they said they didn't know it was ridiculous and it must have been down to the new salesman. I requested a black door frame but they refused. I had to settle for the frame being sprayed. But Iconfirmed on numerous occasions that the spray was guaranteed as long as the door, 10 yrs +. No prep and no lacquer, surprise it's peeling. 1st home have said its not covered by the guarantee. I've emailed the CEO, I'll update you. Well, that didn't take long to resolve once reviews and CEO were involved. However, the spray was applied with no surface treatment, no primer, or lacquer and the guy wasn't a specialist in paint spraying. It will rub off again as it wasn't done properly. I can't put anything on it like a metal plate or a rubber protector as it'll effect the warranty.

Very pleased team of two men completed gutters sofits too front and side of my house as back had already been done.They were Tyler Thompson and Liam kemp,they removed old gutters and drainpipe made of espressos wearing protective gear gloves suit no problem.tidy,polite. On time.Thank you.

Done a great job, looks great 4 pains taking up 4.8m where two slide open and a new front door. shame i can't put the pictures on to show you. Now booked them to come back in September and do another 10 windows 2 doors and two patio doors.
