Disgraceful company!! SCAMMERS!!

Disgraceful company!!! Total and utter shambles of a company that is getting away with scamming and quite frankly robbing people. They entice you in with ‘amazing’ deals but there is nothing amazing about it, only for them as they get their pockets lined every month with £59.99!!!!! They claim it’s stated in the T&C’s but it is NOT clear at all. If they can’t get the money from the card you put in they will search your paypal history and take it from which ever card is still valid on there!!! I will be taking this to citizens advice and consumer rights as this is completely misleading and has the ‘misdescriptions act’ written all over it!! DO NOT use this company what ever you do!!!!!! SCAM….. SCAM….. SCAM…..SCAM

Scam, Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, they are scammers who take a monthly subscription from you even when you request a cancellation. More worryingly is they try every method of payment from linked to you. Avoid this company

Absolutely outrageous.

I naively ordered from Fabletics and was actually happy with my purchases. Then I get an email today that I have been charged £59.99 for the monthly membership. What membership?! This is ridiculous and I have contacted them to cancel it immediately and issue me a refund. How they are even allowed to do this, I dont know! I would recommend staying away from them! I will be reporting this if I dont get a refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could leave a -5 review, I would, it’s an absolute scam, I placed a one off order with these and they signed me up to a subscription unknowingly, I immediately cancelled any subscription with them when they started taking money from my account, they sent me a pair of cheap leggings, and I return them immediately. They are refusing to give me a refund for the returned leggings which was £54.99, I am currently going through a dispute with PayPal and waiting for the outcome. Another issue with them when you call to cancel the subscription, you have to be very firm as they try everything they can to convince you to leave it in place. Awful company

Scammers

Awful, avoid at all costs I've just been debited £59.99 for a subscription I knew nothing about In essence I bought two pairs of shorts which were never delivered due to problems with the courier. I am still awaiting a refund 10 days later The next thing I know Fabletics have charged me £59.99 for a paid subscription that I knew nothing about. I checked my email from them and it isn't mentioned anywhere other than in very small print at the bottom of the email NOT in the brightly coloured, large font listing the benefits of VIP access They don't make it easy to cancel or skip and have also refused to refund me even though I have no plans to use the credit Avoid at all costs and I have raised a dispute with PayPal. Truly awful If you read through the reviews clearly lots of customers were unaware that they were signing up for a paid subscription. I had a further issue today after I tried to get a refund for the one and only order I've made with them. First time I've made two reviews for the same company within 24 hrs **After my review went live I was contacted again by Fabletics and most of my money has now been refunded. Don't feel like this would have happened if I hadn't complained. Clearly the subscription is not transparent and clear enough when you read through the TrustPilot reviews**

I love Fabletics clothing

I love Fabletics clothing, they last for years and years. I have leggings I ordered 5 years ago and have worn to death and they still perform the same as they did when new. Highly recommended.
