Disgraceful company!! SCAMMERS!!

Disgraceful company!!! Total and utter shambles of a company that is getting away with scamming and quite frankly robbing people. They entice you in with ‘amazing’ deals but there is nothing amazing about it, only for them as they get their pockets lined every month with £59.99!!!!! They claim it’s stated in the T&C’s but it is NOT clear at all. If they can’t get the money from the card you put in they will search your paypal history and take it from which ever card is still valid on there!!! I will be taking this to citizens advice and consumer rights as this is completely misleading and has the ‘misdescriptions act’ written all over it!! DO NOT use this company what ever you do!!!!!! SCAM….. SCAM….. SCAM…..SCAM

Scam, Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, they are scammers who take a monthly subscription from you even when you request a cancellation. More worryingly is they try every method of payment from linked to you. Avoid this company

Absolutely outrageous.

I naively ordered from Fabletics and was actually happy with my purchases. Then I get an email today that I have been charged £59.99 for the monthly membership. What membership?! This is ridiculous and I have contacted them to cancel it immediately and issue me a refund. How they are even allowed to do this, I dont know! I would recommend staying away from them! I will be reporting this if I dont get a refund.

DODGY!!

Ordered a deal from Fabletics LAST YEAR and there were no issues with my order until i suddenly got charged 55 pounds for some VIP membership credit that I never signed up for months later (april). I called customer service and a lady helped me with a refund and assured me that my so called membership was cancelled and that I wouldn't be billed the next month. But I got charged again this month and I've just finished calling customer service who said the previous lady 'hadn't understood' my request for a cancellation (hard to believe as she reassured me multiple times that it HAD been cancelled). The caller then proceeded to list off a bunch more options and advertise their credit program to steer me away from cancelling and refunding the membership I never even signed up for!? Lastly, I have also unsubscribed from their emails countless times and yet I still receive them. Very dodgy and not impressed.

Had a terrible experience with…

Had a terrible experience with Fabletics. I have been a member for many years, I cancel most months but I have liked their products. Recently though the customer service has become very poor, they have not been able to help me place an order and have not been able to process refunds either leaving me out of pocket. I have obviously cancelled my membership.
