Disgraceful company!! SCAMMERS!!

Disgraceful company!!! Total and utter shambles of a company that is getting away with scamming and quite frankly robbing people. They entice you in with ‘amazing’ deals but there is nothing amazing about it, only for them as they get their pockets lined every month with £59.99!!!!! They claim it’s stated in the T&C’s but it is NOT clear at all. If they can’t get the money from the card you put in they will search your paypal history and take it from which ever card is still valid on there!!! I will be taking this to citizens advice and consumer rights as this is completely misleading and has the ‘misdescriptions act’ written all over it!! DO NOT use this company what ever you do!!!!!! SCAM….. SCAM….. SCAM…..SCAM

Scam, Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, they are scammers who take a monthly subscription from you even when you request a cancellation. More worryingly is they try every method of payment from linked to you. Avoid this company

Absolutely outrageous.

I naively ordered from Fabletics and was actually happy with my purchases. Then I get an email today that I have been charged £59.99 for the monthly membership. What membership?! This is ridiculous and I have contacted them to cancel it immediately and issue me a refund. How they are even allowed to do this, I dont know! I would recommend staying away from them! I will be reporting this if I dont get a refund.

HORRENDOUS SCAM!!

HORRENDOUS SCAM!! This company is a complete scam. When you order with them you have agree to their terms and conditions which entails a monthly subscription where they take out a monthly payment of £54.99 each month. When trying to get my money back and attempting to cancel the subscription they were completely unhelpful and I had to contact my back to cancel the monthly payment. The bank was only able to cancel the monthly payment and could not refund me the first month’s payment back but Fabeltics randomly restarts the monthly subscription and so I have to repeat the process. So much hassle over low quality gym pants that didn’t even fit. SAVE UR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM!!!
