Disgraceful company!! SCAMMERS!!

Disgraceful company!!! Total and utter shambles of a company that is getting away with scamming and quite frankly robbing people. They entice you in with ‘amazing’ deals but there is nothing amazing about it, only for them as they get their pockets lined every month with £59.99!!!!! They claim it’s stated in the T&C’s but it is NOT clear at all. If they can’t get the money from the card you put in they will search your paypal history and take it from which ever card is still valid on there!!! I will be taking this to citizens advice and consumer rights as this is completely misleading and has the ‘misdescriptions act’ written all over it!! DO NOT use this company what ever you do!!!!!! SCAM….. SCAM….. SCAM…..SCAM

Scam, Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, they are scammers who take a monthly subscription from you even when you request a cancellation. More worryingly is they try every method of payment from linked to you. Avoid this company

Absolutely outrageous.

I naively ordered from Fabletics and was actually happy with my purchases. Then I get an email today that I have been charged £59.99 for the monthly membership. What membership?! This is ridiculous and I have contacted them to cancel it immediately and issue me a refund. How they are even allowed to do this, I dont know! I would recommend staying away from them! I will be reporting this if I dont get a refund.

Wow I didn’t realise I had VIP credits worth 3x leggings. I was just thinking I need more bottoms of outfits. Hopefully next time I purchase I’ll be down a clothing size 😎

Good quality items

Good quality items, HOWEVER, very misleading advertising and payment system. I purchased 2 pairs of shorts for £19.99 which was a bargain - what wasn't made clear was i was entering into the VIP membership scheme which then took £59.99 from my paypal account a few weeks later. The details of this are only hidden in the T's & C's which i accepted without fully reading (as i'm sure everyone does) - you can opt out of the scheme but there is not email advising that you are a new member and when or how much your future payments will be - it was a shock when i discovered £59.99 removed from my account. Essentially i have now paid £80 for 2 pairs of shorts although the £59.99 counts towards credits to spend with Fabletics. This is a very underhand way of tricking you into membership and i will not be using this site in future

If you like and need often Fabletic…

If you like and need often Fabletic products, I guess it can be a good deal since you can be a member with good discounts, but be careful if doing a first time order!! you might have signed up as a member for a monthly fee without noticing it!! I found it very sneaky in the way they make you sign up as a member without realising when doing your purchase! Please be careful. Thankfully, customer service was very good and cancelled my membership and agreed to refund the fee. this is the kind of flexibility and understanding you need, after feeling they tricked you into doing something. Thank you!

Fabletics Charged Me Despite Skipping – Feels Like a Scam

I made a purchase on the Fabletics website and took the necessary step to skip the month to avoid being charged for the VIP membership. I even intended to cancel entirely. Despite logging in and skipping the month, I was still charged £59.99. When I contacted their support team, they claimed I should have received a confirmation email—yet I never got one, and I checked thoroughly. This feels like a deceptive business practice. It seems they profit more from unsuspecting charges than from actually selling products. I strongly advise others to avoid this website.
