Rather underwhelming #240543

I sent in my phone for recycling which was received by the company yesterday I chose Grade Mobile as they had an online tracker and also a contact telephone number should there be any issues Most similar companies often check and pay for phones on their day of arrival. No great issue but today the online tracker has been down all day, they have failed to respond to two emails and the contact number for them is "no longer monitored" despite still being shown on their website. If you decide to no longer allow telephone calls then stop advertising the number on your website and ensure you respond to emails within tight timescales A few alarm bells then. I will wait to see what happens This is a competitive market and my experience with competitors was generally decent and certainly better than Grade I will update the review and rating depending the outcome Update, and rating changed to three stars. The phone was finally assessed and money paid to my account. While process took 5 days from receipt of my phone which I still feel is unacceptably slow. Customer Service weren't overly helpful either Probably warrants 2.5 stars rather than 3. Okay but could have been so much better with a bit more haste in their checking and payment

Scammers

Awful, avoid at all costs I've just been debited £59.99 for a subscription I knew nothing about In essence I bought two pairs of shorts which were never delivered due to problems with the courier. I am still awaiting a refund 10 days later The next thing I know Fabletics have charged me £59.99 for a paid subscription that I knew nothing about. I checked my email from them and it isn't mentioned anywhere other than in very small print at the bottom of the email NOT in the brightly coloured, large font listing the benefits of VIP access They don't make it easy to cancel or skip and have also refused to refund me even though I have no plans to use the credit Avoid at all costs and I have raised a dispute with PayPal. Truly awful If you read through the reviews clearly lots of customers were unaware that they were signing up for a paid subscription. I had a further issue today after I tried to get a refund for the one and only order I've made with them. First time I've made two reviews for the same company within 24 hrs **After my review went live I was contacted again by Fabletics and most of my money has now been refunded. Don't feel like this would have happened if I hadn't complained. Clearly the subscription is not transparent and clear enough when you read through the TrustPilot reviews**

They cancelled my flights and then didn’t inform me

I booked and paid for 4 flights in January 2019 for travel in September Took the first flight but when I decided to extend my stay in Singapore I didn’t use the second flight. On checking the app flights 3 & 4 disappeared and after emailing customer service I was told that they’d cancelled my flights after I didn’t use flight 2 and effectively left me stranded They wanted to charge me £800 to rebook my remaining flights. Scandalous. Why should I be penalised for not using flights that I’d paid for? Avoid
