Rather underwhelming #240543
I sent in my phone for recycling which was received by the company yesterday I chose Grade Mobile as they had an online tracker and also a contact telephone number should there be any issues Most similar companies often check and pay for phones on their day of arrival. No great issue but today the online tracker has been down all day, they have failed to respond to two emails and the contact number for them is "no longer monitored" despite still being shown on their website. If you decide to no longer allow telephone calls then stop advertising the number on your website and ensure you respond to emails within tight timescales A few alarm bells then. I will wait to see what happens This is a competitive market and my experience with competitors was generally decent and certainly better than Grade I will update the review and rating depending the outcome Update, and rating changed to three stars. The phone was finally assessed and money paid to my account. While process took 5 days from receipt of my phone which I still feel is unacceptably slow. Customer Service weren't overly helpful either Probably warrants 2.5 stars rather than 3. Okay but could have been so much better with a bit more haste in their checking and payment
