Disgraceful company!!! Total and utter shambles of a company that is getting away with scamming and quite frankly robbing people. They entice you in with ‘amazing’ deals but there is nothing amazing about it, only for them as they get their pockets lined every month with £59.99!!!!! They claim it’s stated in the T&C’s but it is NOT clear at all. If they can’t get the money from the card you put in they will search your paypal history and take it from which ever card is still valid on there!!! I will be taking this to citizens advice and consumer rights as this is completely misleading and has the ‘misdescriptions act’ written all over it!! DO NOT use this company what ever you do!!!!!! SCAM….. SCAM….. SCAM…..SCAM

Do not order from this company, they are scammers who take a monthly subscription from you even when you request a cancellation. More worryingly is they try every method of payment from linked to you. Avoid this company

Absolutely outrageous.

I naively ordered from Fabletics and was actually happy with my purchases. Then I get an email today that I have been charged £59.99 for the monthly membership. What membership?! This is ridiculous and I have contacted them to cancel it immediately and issue me a refund. How they are even allowed to do this, I dont know! I would recommend staying away from them! I will be reporting this if I dont get a refund.

I skipped this month!

Not usually a problem, but I skipped this month when my membership profile said I could. It confirmed I'd skipped but Fabletics have still taken the money this month. No choice now but to cancel, as I can no longer trust the service you provide.

The membership scheme is terrible value

The membership scheme is terrible. £55 for one VIP credit, but they are happy for me to spend it on something that costs far less than the value of the credit. Also, never enough of the larger sizes available. It's a shame, for what I've bought from Fabletics, I'm happy with, but sizing issues and VIP credit values are terrible.

Don't buy anything!! They will start taking £50pm off your account and tell you you signed up for a subscription

I bought 2 items for £20 as a once off and really like the items, but I just checked my account and noticed that Fabletics have been taking £49.99 for the last 2 months as a subscription (which I definitely did not sign up for). I am very careful with stuff like this, so I have no idea how they got this right. If it’s not clear that you are going to be roped into paying a subscription for the discount they offer at checkout, then that’s entrapment. Saying it’s in an email is rubbish!! It has to be clear as daylight when you press pay. Who subscribes £50pm to an online clothing store?????? I probably would have bought more from them, but now I don’t trust them at all.

NEVEr BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GROUP

I have bought something with Savage Fenty, and it never arrived. As Fabletics group owns Savage Fenty, or at least the customer service sent an email as Fabletics owner. They are refusing to accept a form that I filled with all data required to investigate the missing parcel. ANY OTHER LEGITIME business would already provide a refund or dispatch a new parcel.

Issues not dealt with

Here’s my issue I’ve sent them. “This item has an issue. Evri say to contact you which I did via chat and it was unhelpful. The assistant said they’ve escalated and I’ve heard nothing since. Evri won’t proceed as they say Fabletics need to discuss the issue. Please step in and deal with this do I can get my item asap.” That says it all…poor customer service & they have my money and the item…I cannot get a response that gets a refund or the item!
