This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Poor customer service. Phone just rings and rings. Paid for expedited delivery. Ten days and not left their site. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Paid extra for delievery and still took double the amount of time to deliver despite tracking stating awaiitng package, That aside the products are poor. I got the window and panel wipe as i saw it was alcohol based and another company i usually get it off has alcohol with its window cleaner too and its amazing so i thought i was grab a steal for the 5L as cheap as it was...BUt now i see why it was cheap, it really is basic in terms of cleaning. I am glad i only tried the one product instead of order the many i was going too.

1st and last order with this lot. Absolutely a joke I have rang the 0161 number for days and constantly rings out. Been waiting since 20th when it said 48hr tracked delivery. Who ever runs this company needs gone and someone who can lead a great product from start to finish.

EZ are always offering discounts, the liquid shampoo is listed at £28 full price yet it's sold in the range for £6, the deals you see online are just there to make you think you're getting a deal of a premium product but you're better of getting Demon Shine

I will never rent from them again, I don’t recommend it. Poor management, poor communication, 0 care for customers and they tried to charge me for a scratch 300£ that I never done it on the alloy of the car, now they are trying to get the money from the deposit that I paid. “ A manager will call you back”, nobody called me, I have disputed the transaction with my bank. Nobody answered on emergency phone number!!!! Try to stay away from this company! Not worth you time and money

Myself and my partner have used these products for years, all of a sudden when using the citrus pre wash this caused major damage to my car. being to "acidic" caused the product to BURN aspects of my car, for example the window frames, the window edges and door handles. I had used the product the same we have done since ever ordering from this brand, we ordered 3x new batches of pre wash last week. once arrived we used the product on the weekend, in dry but cloudy conditions so the car had no sun or any heat on it. and the pre-wash was applied as usual, however once washed off it left a stain and acidic burn to areas of my car. Photo evidence has been supplied to the company as well as the order number, however no update as of now. my only option is to vinyl wrap the parts of the car that is damaged, however this is not cheap and is not a cheap car. expecting a professional and correct outcome since we have used this company for a while now and never faulted them until now.
