This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them .
After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery .
No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back .
I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.
Extremely Disappointed – No Order, No Response
I placed an order with EzCarCare and have yet to receive it, despite it being well past the expected delivery time. I’ve sent multiple emails trying to get an update or some form of communication, but I’ve received absolutely no response. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left completely in the dark after paying for products.
At this point, I’m not just disappointed with the delay—I’m concerned about the lack of customer service. If there’s an issue with my order, I should at least be informed. This experience has been very unprofessional and I won’t be ordering from them again unless this is resolved quickly. Order went in on the 3rd June !
I made an order on the 29/5/25 still not arrived I was told I should of had it on Friday just gone still waiting and now no one is answering the phone and my emails are not getting through to them, 😡😡 if I would of known this I would of got the products elsewhere
5L bottle leaked and still no response when emailed as this was supposed to be a present for a friend who is a detailer. Was very unhappy and still haven’t got back how much was leaked.
This is in addition to my 2-star review from a few days ago.
Upon posting the review, I coincidentally had an email response from the 'support' team (Renae) shortly after, a response to 1 of my 2 tickets I posted after discovering my order was incorrect.
Upon replying, my email response was returned as 'undeliverable', 2 times. Shocking support system. How anybody is to get in touch with EZ Car Care is beyond me, emails and calling both a failure. Not worth the hassle.
Good products, but no customer service. My order hasn't turned up, I can't e mail it keeps getting bounced back, no answer on the phone number I have found, and no customer support on the website. They've had £70 off me and no order. Won't be using them again.
Shocking wish I’d read the reviews on here been ringing the telephone number for 2 days now as it’s almost 2 weeks since placing order.
Sent email/messenger and nothing
