This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Sadly a really poor & sub-standard service provider. 2 weeks have passed since placing order for in stock items to be sent Royal Mail 48hr delivery. Still nothing delivered. No updates, no customer service telephone pick-up, no email response. Come on Notso’ezcarcare. SORT THIS UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE OUT!

Product not arrived and it’s been 5 days. Take a look at all the negative reviews before using this company. Even if these are the best car cleaning products, which I do not know as I have not received my order is it really worth the hassle…?!

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Have been waiting 5 days for my order. Told to check the tracking app called ‘ shop ‘ doesn’t update during delivery status. Tried to call over 10 times in the last 2 days. sent numerous e-mails. And not a single response. Never dealt with such a bad company. won’t be ordering again.

Shocking service, delivery time and communication. 7 days from order and it still hasn’t shipped. It’s just unacceptable in today’s retail environment. I can get things from china quicker! I Emailed asking for an estimated time frame and was told we’re working on your order and will update when it ships- I already know that!!! Tell me when you’re going to ship!! The fact there’s no communication that there’s a delay is just bad service. I’ve unsubscribed from their SPAM emails and I still get emails. I’ve reported them to the information commissioner under GDPR.

I placed an order that should have been delivered within 48 hours. So on day four I still haven't received my order... I messaged through FB messenger which replied with an auto response saying it wasn't monitoring messages. It gave a tele number, you've guessed it, no one ever answers.. I then tried emailing giving my order number etc etc.. I got a message back saying thier 3rd part dispatching people had damaged the shipment and were waiting to be re-stocked. Ot alternatively I could be refunded... I've asked for a refund now everyday for a week and still they do no acnowlede my email and obviously no refund! Do not give them business as they can't be trusted!! When I've looked at the other trust pilot reviews, it seems I'm not the only one to have issues! Terrible customer service!

I bought the Apex Warrior Kit, Ceramic Shampoo and the Drying Towel, had a little problem with the delivery, the Towel wasn't there, but i emailed them and it was with me within 48 hours, now the goods themselves, tried some of it on my car and very happy with the results, did a Pre-Wash, then the Snow Foam wash, the Ceramic Shampoo wash and finally i used the Chromance spray for a bit of extra shine and as i said earlier very happy with the results and i am very pleased with the Drying Towel, two passes over the roof and it was dry, would i buy again from EZ, yes i think i would
