This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them .
After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery .
No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back .
I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.
My order was placed 25 June. Its now 13 July. Despite five emails to them,I've not received a single response. No answer to my phone call either. Cant comment on product quality as ive yet to receive anything. Certainly wont ever order anything ever again
The products are good but the delivery is pathetic. You will wait forever, no response to email and they don’t answer the phone. I won’t order from them again I would rather pay more and get what I want in a reasonable time frame. Also you will get bombarded with mail and offers from them every day.
Took 9 working days /15 overall days
Asked for a refund on the delivery and they pretty much have said no.
Shipping took 3 days.

Normal is next day so actually its very overdue!!!!
Products are great from previous orders. However my latest order was placed on the 26/06/2020 and it is now the 3rd of July and the order still hasn't been dispatched. Customer service is practically none existent. They should focus on this customer instead of spamming me with offers several times a day.
Didn’t receive an order confirmation email until 8 days after I ordered, and that was only because I called! Was then told on Monday it would be delivered within 24 hours, didn’t receive the package until the Friday. Ezcarcare didn’t package the order in time for parcelforce to collect that day, meaning they didn’t pick it up from the depot for a few days. It just felt like unnecessary delays and I’d rather order off amazon and get much quicker delivery. On a positive note, the products smell great (excluding the iron removers) and they appear to be good quality.

Where this company is let down is the customer service. It is possibly the worst I've experienced.
They don't answer the phone, don't respond to emails and aren't interested in looking after customers at all.
Ordered some bits for father's day with a good week spare (they'd sent out an email reminder saying buy it now for father's day). It's turned up today, over a week late. When I opened the bucket, none of the lids were tight but the quick detailler had leaked all over the bucket (which i've taken photos of).
Sadly, this isn't the first time this has happened, on my first it took over 2 weeks to dispatch order they forgot to include the snow foam lance and I had to call up and ask them to re-send it which took over a week again to arrive.
In the middle of this, I ordered 6x5L tubs and they managed to get these out within a reasonable time.
Good job I've got a good stock and won't have to order for a while as I really hate spending money with businesses that aren't interested in providing a good service. Like I said before, annoyingly the products are excellent.
For me some of the best car cleaning gear on the market, 7 days delivery usually for myself all products nicely packaged and presented. 3 orders with them since November 19.
Over a week now. Order still not dispatched, will not refund as order is due to go out, which is still yet to be seen, best thing look around the market for a more reliable service.
had some issues with EZ Car care with items missing and being unable to contact them, have now spoken with Chris from EZ and the guy is a credit to the company and sorted the issue out.
Brilliant products and a pleasure to deal with. Delivery always arrives within the 7 day lead time shown on their website, the majority of complaints about despatch/delivery times seem to be from people that cant tell the difference between a 48 hour delivery SERVICE and 48 hour delivery TIME. The website says 7 days for despatch and 48hr delivery service, so allow 7-10 working days for delivery from date of order and all will be fine!!
Only even had one minor query and got a same-day reply from their customer service team.
