This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

I have used EZ products quite a few times now and much prefer then to any other products out there value for money wise, even during the COVID-19 they struggled with dispatch times but they still delivered a good product in a reasonable delivery time! If there was an issue with an order they were just a phone call away or email and rectified the order to suit.

I have recently used the EZ valeting products and they are far superior than all products that I have used before the customer service is excellent and despite going through lockdown they are extremely reliable and would highly recommend their products.You can rely on an excellent service.Well done EZ Valeting.

These reviews don’t lie. The product quality is fantastic however the customer service is dreadful. I‘ve ordered many products from this company and get the same situation each time. Weeks of waiting for delivery’s, no email response, the few times that they’ve answered the phone it’s been stated obviously that they can’t be arsed sorting the problem. And when last 2 deliveries have arrived (totalling £200) the products have come absolutely soaking wet from them leaking. Extremely disappointed

More interested in getting your order and money than actually delivering anything. At the beginning of the Covid issues I could get it, but now it’s clear it’s just their model of business so many offers with no regard for customer satisfaction in relation to delivery.

I’ve been waiting for the products for 5 weeks now, they don’t respond to emails and they don’t answer the phone. They don’t even seem to occupy the premises on their website. I’ve asked my bank to get my money back. If the products are as good as customer service you may as well wash your pride and joy in dog poo and leather it off with a scratch pad.
