This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

I found this Detailing Brand to be a excellent in terms of product quality and value for money, genuinely not come across anyone better! Worth every penny and my customer service experience was fantastic, very helpful and friendly, seemed on the ball! Would definitely recommend 😊

Ordered from Ez numerous times and they have always delivered my parcels within the stated time. I recently put an order in and it was dispatched the same day and was delivered to me the following, keep up the good work Ez! Customer service is also spot on, previously had a product missing. I called up and they sent another out the same day. Your products never let me down, Oh and the sales are awesome keep it up 👍🏻

A lot of folk crying about dispatch/delivery times in the middle of a pandemic despite receiving heavily discounted goods. We live in an age were we have things on demand, and even same.day delivery. A bit of patience is all that's needed. I was very happy with my products and I thought that the delivery time was reasonable considering it was in the midst of a pandemic and I was getting 50%+ off of the price. Overall, people have been unrealistic and impatient and the products remain as good as ever, even if they took a bit of time to get here.
