This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Ordered the first time a few weeks ago, great prices, offers and variety of products. Only hitch with the order was it took a week for a confirmation that the order was depatched, after that i had full order within 48 of email. Used the products i ordered at the weekend and could not be happier. Everything done what it was supposed to and now convinced this Company is now my go to company for car detailing products.

Have had a number of orders during lockdown and after from EZ, 1 minor issue with 1 order due to issues with raw ingredients that was swiftly sorted with a quick phone call and a free delivery when the products were back in stock. Delivery times were around the times stated on their website even when ordering during popular deals. Products are fantastic and often out perform other more expensive competitors on the market and they love a deal so almost always able to pick up a top bargain.
