This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

1st time order and the products are cracking really good to use and easy to apply aswell. Did a fantastic job of getting my cleaning stuff to me through lockdown kept me upto date with tracking information and through the app aswell. Would highly recommend this company for car cleaning products. I will definitely use again and again!!

I’ve been using EZ since 2018 and their sister company Nano Labs since it’s inception and have never had anything but a positive experience even if the delivery times have occasionally been a little slower than I might have expected but that’s not really a reason for me to mark them down. The service has always been spot on, as have their products which are helping to keep my car in top condition.

Very poor customer service. Waiting for reply already 2 months. Also I accidentally put wrong discount code on websites and I’ve contacted them immediately by email as their customer service didn’t answer my call. They replied exactly same day as I received good that it is too late to change it. But products are ok.

Used several times and never had any major problems. Had one small issue once and called them, they couldn’t of done more to resolve! Very helpful and customer service was great. Products are good and easy to use. Happily recommend, in fact I have and several people at work now also use them
