This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

I have used EZ a few times now & have never had a single issue. All products have been fantastic in performance when actually in use & also in the packaging. The products have always been boxed & packaged well for delivery & the delivery times have been spot on every time. Faultless!

The only stuff I use on my car, and the only stuff I would use. Great products, with great offers and deals to match, and super easy to use, 10/10 would (and do) recommend to everyone who uses more than a sponge and fairy liquid to wash their car.

Ordered a fair few times from EZ and only ever had a problem once where a bottle had leaked due to the courier mishandling it, phoned up EZ the next morning with a new one sent out same day and arriving the day after. Can’t fault a single part about the company, brilliant products, top customer service and at affordable pricing!
