This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Delivery times seem to be back on track now. Products are excellent value for money. 9 times out of 10 issues are resolved with a quick phone call.

Ordered numerous times, had a parcle go missing from parcel force, and when contacting EZ I was assured another with a few freebies would be sent. Less than 24 hours later, my parcel with numerous freebies arrived, in the North of Ireland, where most companies say it is not possible to deliver in short notice. Good products, great service.

Discovered Ez car care recently, The products are Amazing, I was previously an autoglym customer and have found EZ to be as good if not better, I have ordered on 3 occasions and all were delivered within a week, along with some freebies for ordering over a certain amount. They also have a Facebook discussion group that is very helpful.

Brilliant service and the level of quality connected to the price is immense my car looks epic when I have used EZ products on it and any issues just phone/email and it gets sorted there and then no hassle!
