This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Ordered show and shine kit, came 2 weeks late. No reply to emails or phone calls. Once received I received the wrong kit and was missing many items. Tried to email and call and no one has ever responded. Products are good, just that the customer service is poor.

Placed my very first order with this company in the middle of lockdown and I was very impressed with the delivery time took about 5 working days with what we was going through I thought that was very quick. When I opened my order I was missing a couple of items. I emailed them and before I knew it the missing items had been sent out which took only 2 days to arrive. I will 100% be ordering from them again don’t let the negative reviews put you off as you do have to remember once they send them out of the warehouse to the courier it’s then out of there control if any delays happen at the couriers Depo.

Great products at very reasonable prices. Always seem to have great offers and deals on. Products delivered in good time. But more importantly they are excellent quality and do a great job on our cars.
