This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Great products at a great price. a one stop shop for car detailing. I have only once had an issue with an order (items shipped without a trigger for teh bottle), I called them up and they sent one out the next day. Great service.

I have used EZ car care a number of times and their customer service and products are outstanding, they always have good offers on, and its very EZ to order using either the app or through Facebook. I'm always impressed having used and tried most of the products in their range, and they often bring out new products which are always worth the wait. I look forward to ordering from EZ again and won't be going anywhere else for my detailing/valeting products, many thanks

Products from these guys are absolutely spot on. Always a good deal on and the kits of around 8 bottles are perfect. They had a few issues with delivery during lockdown but my latest order took 2 working days to arrive. If you come across an issue phone the office and one of the staff will sort it out ASAP and are generally really helpful.
