This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

I’ve been a customer of EZ Car Care for many years so I’ve placed orders before COVID, during COVID and also after as enter the ‘new normal’. There may have been a slightly longer wait for delivery times during COVID but so did everyone. The products are amazing and I highly recommend to anyone!

Great products and prices. Always have good deals and offers on the go which is great when you want to stock up. Never had any problems when ordering or delivery even though I live in N. Ireland. Couldn’t recommend them team at EZ enough.

Company used to be very good. Decent products and customer service however in the last year they have changed their products (different dyes and seem to be watered down). Customer service is terrible and owner is extremely unprofessional. They blame you for their mistakes and remove any negative comments or reviews from social media pages. Delivery is a joke and once again they have a million excuses. They have now got to the point of begging for positive reviews online which is poor. Overall the products are average now, delivery is still terrible and customer service is bad. Much better brands out there for the money.

Everything about EZ is 5* I have had brilliant delivery times, amazing deals, if there is ever an issue with my order they are quick to rectify it and all of the staff I've spoke to have been knowledgeable, friendly and responded quickly. Their products are incredible and constantly evolve based on the reviews and critique of the customers!
