This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Awful company Their delivery times have always being a joke, Often waiting over two weeks for deliveries and more recently people waiting months where as other company's offer genuine next day delivery. They price gouge their products. Never pay "full price" for any of their products as you'll find the day after you do the price will be halved and this is the price the product is really worth. Watered down products. The same products only ordered a few months apart can be completely different colour's and have different effectiveness. Poor customer service. They will find any excuse in the book to buy themselves time when you ask where your order is, and often when your order finally arrives it will be wrong so you will have to phone them up. Easier said than done. They will let their phone ring and ring and no one will answer, so you try to email them and you'll not get a response on their either. It gets to the point where you have to post about them publicly before they will acknowledge you. I will never order from EZ Car Care again and i hope this review makes you think twice before sending your money to this awfully ran company.

From the quick and easy ordering process, to the updates on my order, then delivery updates which came on the date expected, I can’t fault EZ Car Care. I ordered the Weekend Warrior kit, which has everything needed to give your care a fantastic finish. I look forward to ordering more from these guys in the future.

To be honest they are blaiming covid for poor delivery times, it was poor before hand. In terms of products they are all average and they run DFS like sales there's much better out there.

Fantastic detailing products , at a good price, also have a good community page on Facebook Occasionally been a hiccup with delivery, more due to volumes of mail during Covid. I'll be buying more as the products work and do exactly what it says on the bottle
