This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Used EZ products at the weekend to clean the wifes range rover. I'd never used them before, but found them easy to work with, and the finish is fantastic. Particularly impressed with the arctic meltdown, reigning iron and viper. Recommended!!! :)

Good products at very good prices Sleek smells amazing Instagloss, fusion, ghost, granite are brilliant products Viper and geo gel are top notch Shampoo and snowfoam do the job Chrome, gloss boss and voodoo are brilliant and the waxes are fantastic I love the ceramic wax and the gentleman's club wax smells amazing It does what it needs to, cleans and protects to a high standard I have only ever had to ring customer services once and the lad I spoke with couldn't have been anymore helpful I will continue to use and recommend this product to my mates Peace John n

Great company, great products great prices. Staff are second to none and are always more than helpful. Delivery times were a bit long during covid but that’s expected give the circumstances. Now they are rocking with very little delay. Well done guys. Also love the Facebook lives to keep us up to date.

Easy car care products are great, not too expensive they do exactly what they say in the bottle. The waxes are amazing as the gloss boss and chrome is too. Ghost is a favorite of mine. Another one of the favorites is clarity 2.0 quick buff on the windows and its clean after a thorough 2 bucket wash of course. Amazing service

I placed my first order with ez car care during lockdown. When placing the order i was told it would take longer than normal. It did take longer as expected. Very happy with all the products. Will use again and would be worth waiting for.
