This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

True to the title, I have seen a lot of negativity regarding EZ Car Care in reference to issues outside of their control and unfortunately you cannot make everyone happy. I'm writing about my personal experience with them and giving a total honest review for those that are yet to explore the EZ Car Care range and may be sat on the fence because of some reviews. I have ordered plenty from EZ Car Care and each time it has been faultless, even during the pandemic when extended delivery times was to be expected. The customer service has been incredible and when there has been any issue with products or shortages, I've been given acceptable and likewise substitutes. The products themselves are second to none and most out perform leading brands, I have reccomended EZ on many occasions to friends and family as they always compliment how great either mine or their car looks after the most basic of washes. All the deals and kits they offer are fantastic for the money, there's almost always a deal to be had so you will always get your monies worth. I would not hesitate to place another order with them, especially now that I can travel to Stockport for collection or to grab the odd bottle I'm missing from Logic. Overall, EZ Car Care are brilliant and provide an excellent range of products with genuine customer service that has customer care as their core focus. Don't let the bad leaves spoil the view of a beautiful tree!

brilliant company! Great products for a great price, dispatch times have usually been on time with the odd exception for the current pandemic. Customer service is great and really quick to reply. Their app is absolutely ahead of all the other brands! It’s never been easier to get my detailing products to my front door! EZ Car care is A1.
