This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Always happy with EZ, great products, fair prices and the team are always helpful, yeah I have had 1 glitch since ordering where the carrier ‘lost’ my parcel but EZ were quick to rectify and get one out to me next day, can’t fault them or their products

Ordered, waited a month for delivery, over the period of time was emailing EZ 2-3 days minimum before a reply. Told me delivery was out but never received any products I ordered after 5 weeks asked for a refund. Then took another 3-4 days for the refund to be actioned. So a 6 week waiting period for nothing... wont be ordering again.

Really disappointed with ez. Took over 23 days for parcel to be delivered. Wasn’t give a tracking number that worked so couldn’t track parcel. When I called for help I was told it’s not ez problem and to speak with royal mail. Really disappointed. This company also removes any bad feedback on ez discussion Facebook page.

I switched too EZ products after being disappointed with alot of other company's,product claims and I have nothing but praise too give they are very fairly priced along with quick dispatch times, team this up with the app and what more could you want hassle free transactions every time. Their products do exactly what they say and give stunning results. Keep up the good work EZ
