This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Exceptional products and even when something doesn’t go quite right, a quick phone call and it’s always sorted immediately. Great service and the odd freebie here and there makes a huge difference, you don’t get that anywhere else. Keep it going guys!

The only complaint I have is with the wether its either to hot or raining. All joking aside I do really love there products I have a 14 year old car and looks in better condition than most new ones thanks to EZ Car Care. Delivery didnt take that long and I have ordered a few times now. I think alot of people are used to amazons next day delivery and its a shame to knock them for that. Keep up the good work guys 10 out of 10 from me

Started recently using ez products got to say they are good and at great value! Only concern but won’t mark them down on it because it was resolved with a simple phone call is delivery, it’s always in the back of the mind if I order big when will I get it but it not a massive put off but may be a factor if someone isn’t always home.

Products used to be a lot better. Company claimed a dye change but this "dye change" also made the most noticeable product thinner in consistency and also worse in terms of longevity. Prices may seem tempting but actually gets pipped out by many better quality rivals.
