This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them .
After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery .
No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back .
I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.
I don’t know what the others are talking about. They offer terrible customer care, terrible delivery times even before COVID!! And the products are not great, (I brought cherry bomb shampoo, iron remover, GTR glue & tar remover to name a few) Don’t get me wrong they are cheap but I’d rather pay a little more and get better product. Will not use again...
I knew when ordering my products that I would be looking at a lengthy delivery period, I wasn't deterred though and have placed numerous orders with EZ now. The delivery times have been getting better so I believe the company is staying true to there word that things are improving.
In regards the products, I really like them, I love the branding and it has ignited an interest in cleaning/detailing my own car which I didnt know I had. I do genuinely love using my EZ products and taking care of my car now rather than letting the local scratch and shine places do it.
With my very first order I didn't receive some triggers so was unable to use the products straight away, after a quick call they were with me 2 days later. Proof that if things do go wrong they step up and sort it.
I also clean my wife's car now and again and she too comments how well it sometimes looks, I put that down to the quality of the products rather than my cleaning skills ha!

I started using EZ products a couple of months ago first order took longer than expected due covid but well worth the wait as the products are excellent, I placed another order on a Friday and I received it on the Monday so delivery it’s excellent, I would highly recommend EZ car care products .
Excellent products at a great price. Occasionally have to wait for delivery but they are good at communication and the customer service is second to none.
