This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿

Very friendly staff and brilliant products.

So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.

ACOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .

Used these products previously

Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

I'm an independent car detailing expert…

I'm an independent car detailing expert and I was recommended this website and products by another detailer, I ordered ceramic wax 2 weeks in advance of 2 jobs I had booked in paid £4:50 delivery which stated it would be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, 20 days later and still no delivery, it took a scathing Email to the company RE: delivery time and suddenly it had been shipped... as an independent car detailer this is unacceptable as everything i order is time sensitive, I will look elsewhere in future for my detailing products.

Terrible customer service

Great products, when they eventually get delivered. Last order was received 6/6 and had several bottles missing from the order. Several emails to chase this up get ignored and no one answers the phone when you call. Terrible customer service,shame really as I have used these products for a while and now will likely go elsewhere. I will also be contacting my bank to raise a payment dispute due to the unfulfilled order.

Avoid like the plague

Rating as a one star as I can’t use zero. I ordered on 31st May with 3 to 5 day delivery. As of 20th June, nothing has been delivered. I did get a notification saying that something had shipped and then a few hours later a notification saying that my delivery was damaged in transit since then There has been no contact. I have tried to call several times and have sent several emails. The phone just rings out emails bounce. Genuinely beginning to think that this is a scam. If it wasn’t for the fact that one of my mates has used them for years I would never have tried them. For any would be new customers, my advice is don’t. They clearly can cannot deliver products or keep to any sort of normal business operating standards.

Poor Customer Service, Failed Delivery, Overall unimpressed.

EZ Car Care appear to be incapable of responding to calls or emails. I placed a reasonably large order which failed to be delivered was damaged in transit, I have had no communications from EZ Car Care and the only way I found out the package wasn't going to be delivered was through the courier. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and have not had any signs that my order is on its way to me.

Absolute Sh#t show, Don't waste your time

If you're reading this review, please for the love of god, save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. With all the social media ads, you would think they are the real deal, trust me, they are not. From initial ordering, to receiving was over 3 weeks with no attempt from the company to inform of delay. I contacted them via email to be told they have a high demand of orders and they are doing their best, which is fine. However, when the items arrived, items missing from the order. Now trying to contact these clowns is another story. Email, nope, telephone, just rings out, Facebook & Instagram, forget about it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!

Total scam this advert.

Ordered £60 of product which never arrived. Have telephoned daily, no one picks up the phone and have sent at least 3 emails. Guess what no reply. This is a scam, do not buy from this site.

Order placed on a 2-3 day delivery

Order placed on a 2-3 day delivery, 13 days later the incorrect order arrives! Item delivered is half the price on the website of the item ordered. Emailed and reply received from ‘Phil’ promising a 24h courier delivery of the correct product. Ha!!! Still nothing , phones ring out constantly. Shocking company, AVOID!!!!

Cowboys

Placed 2 orders first order took over a week to arrive and second order has now taken over two weeks, have tried to call but phone just rings, stayed on the line for 15minuets and still no answer! Was told by email my order would be with me by Tuesday the 17th (11 days after order was placed) yet still have not received my order just an update saying label created 3days ago. Shame as products are good but the customer service is enough not to use again.
