This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Great products. Ordered, Liquid- Ceramic Shampoo 2.5ltr Chromance 5ltr. Delivery wasn't quick but expected due to demand. Be patient people. Used as directed on each product and my old P38 Range Rover is gleaming and with little effort. Pre washed the RR before and then used the liquid ceramic shampoo, dried off and the used the Chromance to enhance the shine. Wonderful stuff. Highly recommend.

Only half the delivery arrived, despite the premium rate delivery payment. I have had one email replied to, impossible to get someone to speak to. Will never use them again - loads of reviews with people in the same boat - AVOID THEM

Ordered a bundle pack from this company on the 5th of June 2025 the items took almost two weeks to arrive despite paying for 2-3 day delivery service and the company being literally 20 miles from my home address Finally when it arrived the bundle was found to be incomplete!! During this process I contacted the company 4x via email receiving just one reply and numerous attempts to contact via phone were completely fruitless. The reason I gave one star was purely based on the fact that the product is actually good but the customer care is absolutely disgraceful and probably the worst I have ever encountered and for that very important reason and in all good conscience could not recommend them nor will I ever do business with them again.

I placed a order with this company over a week ago which said delivery 48 royal mail. Never got a confirmation email and when I sent them emails they were sent back to me.i have ordered from this company before and never had a problem. Today I contacted paypal to open a dispute and eventually received a email off them 20 minutes ago. I also rang them this morning could not get a answer. I would think twice before placing another order.

Never received the product I ordered. Never got a refund. Email address was fake as was the supposed customer care phone number. This is a scam company selling products they don't have. Impossible to communicate with anyone from the company.

2 weeks and still not recieved order. Have started using Amazon to deliver and they have taken my order on a trip of England. Delivery address in Merseyside so Amazon have picked it up in st Helen’s and taken it to Birmingham before canceling delivery. Have ordered before and Royal Mail delivered the next day after dispatch. Doubt I will be ordering again.

Absolute terrible company take your money and have to wait weeks for product But Wait when you wait for weeks nothing turns up when you email no one gets back to you when you exhaust every Avenue nobody gets back to you so what you have to do go through PayPal and get a refund this company in my mind is spent go somewhere else they are much much better companies than this EZ car care no communication between them and the customer no emails there's absolutely nothing to try and tell the customer that their product is on the way or they've had a problem with the supplier they haven't even tried to make up an excuse they just ignore people...😳 guys get rid of this company they are useless they've lost probably about 50 or 60 people so far that I know I've worned them all not to go with this company now and that a year turns out to be quite a bit of profit for EZ especially what they used to spend but not anymore EZ car care dead 💀💀💀
