This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them .
After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery .
No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back .
I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.
Scammers who take your money and don't send out the goods …
Never received my order that I placed on the 12th June and get no reply through there contact service,I will be seeking my money back through PayPal do not use these scammers as you pay and they do not send the item and ignore any contact
Box arrived opened and almost disintegrated. Mostly there but one item missing. Contacted them and they just said it’s been delivered. Didn’t have a lot of choice as it was thrust at me as I opened the door. Terrible packaging and never buying again. Requested a total refund and heard nothing. Will be contacting my card provider on Monday . Don’t order from them.
Excellent products. If you can get them to send them to you. Told me a week ago that my order has been dispatched via Amazon Logistics, lies. Order has still not been dispatched just a message on the Amazon tracking site to say it’s been delayed. No explanation why or an expected deliver date. Been trying for two days emailing EZ but they are refusing to respond to the query. May just contact my card company and have the payment reverted back to my account. Not the first time I have had delivery issues with EZ
I wouldn’t bother wasting your money or time with this sub standard business. The dispatch time is awful they clearly can’t keep up with the orders. I wasn’t blown away with the products previously thought I’d give them a second chance wish I hadn’t of done. Lesson learnt
Paid for my products and 2-3 day delivery. Waited over 2 weeks and nothing. Tried to contact them via email and phone again no response via email and they never answer the phone no matter what time of day you try calling. I have had to go to my bank to try and reclaim my money back. Terrible customer service. Never using again.
Unfortunately this is a shambles of a company when it comes to the deliveries and customer service dealing with issues.
They outsource deliveries via Amazon.
You’d have thought this would mean a good delivery service! Well as you can see it isn’t.
So this delivery arrived missing a bottle and a couple of trigger sprays. This was on the 31st of May.
I’ve chased, chased and have got nowhere. The same automated emails asking for feedback when replied to, then get ignored after the initial response.
Buyer beware is all I say. I’m going to have to raise a credit card dispute to sort out my issue.
No.goods sent last 3 weeks still waiting no calls answer .. no e mail reply.. blocked me on all social media as wrote comments and they delete them false tracking numbers .... going through bank to get my money back now absolutely cowboys ....

Product hasn’t been sent no customer service at all the to ring them no answer and now reply’s to emails shocking service will be reporting to my bank.
