This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Ordered a Graphene wax & got 12 x 500ml bottles of assorted car car products. Absolute bargain. Delivered by Amazon, NOT Royal Fail... sorry mail.. ha ha. Delivery is 100% better, regular updates. Well done to EZ car care on fantastic deals, great products & especially for ditching Royal Fail... sorry there I go again mail. Keep it up 👍🏻

Awful service!! My order got lost first time around then was promised next day delivery and still didn’t arrive and 3 days later still nothing so I cancelled and will stick to my usual supplier

I have had a great experience with EZ Car care so far, The delivery was prompt despite other reviews saying otherwise. I ordered their Graphene Wax 50ml plus free mega kit. It seems like a great beginners kit, I especially like the Citrus Pre wash, supernova shampoo and Lotus glass cleaner. The only issue I've had was the poor packaging with amazon delivery dropping soggy bottomed box after bottle top had been smashed off but luckily only a small amount of product had leaked out. Products could be better protected in packaging. That said they have a new long term customer!

Extremely disappointed with the service and products from EZ Car Care. Their customer service is unhelpful and dismissive. The quality of their products has gone downhill significantly. What used to be reliable is now cheap and ineffective. My last few purchases have been completely unsatisfactory. 0/5 Avoid. Stick to CarPro / Clean Your Car
