This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

16 days from ordering - Order #369065 - and it still hasn't been dispatched!

I placed order and waited days with know dispatch date, so after waiting decided to email them and agent asked what I want to do, I immediately requested to cancel order, they then dispatched order later that day despite me asking to cancel. I have how been waiting nearly two weeks to get this returned to them, customer service is disgusting, don't reply to emails, get told lies, treated like dirt, this is an embarrassing company that does not care about customers.

Ordered on 22/11/24 Sent numerous emails phone call twice Was told on Monday 2/12/24 that order will be shipped the following day and most of the time delivery’s are next day it is now 5/12/24 and still no email or update on tracking no sign of delivery THIS COMPANY IS MISLEADING CUSTOMERS BE AWARE

Placed order on 21/11/24 and as of today, 04/12/24 I still haven’t received my order. I have sent 3 emails, none of which have been replied to, and 2 phone calls, which were both pointless as the girls I spoke to sounded like children who had no interest in dealing with my order. I will be going through my bank for a refund.

Having both my wife and I getting a newer car each,we decided we needed to get ourselves some good cleaning supplies and decided on the weekend warrior kit and see how we got on.Very impressed with ease of ordering,quick payment and obviously very well packed and quick delivery. Unfortunately so far,the weather has been so bad we haven't yet been able to try it,but looking forward to to using the kit,we were also very impressed with the bag that came to store it in!

Ordered stock from ez car care. And week later my order still hadn't been sent out even through it states 4-6 days for delivery. Emailed them to be told they are extremely busy and my order should be with me soon. So I requested a refund first email was ignored second time I emailed I got another email saying that its not there fault they are so busy with black Friday. I have ordered from them a number of times but no more as they cannot stick to a delivery time they state. You will wait 2 weeks or over from any order from them it's embarrassing. If I was anyone reading this I would recommend dual autocare.

I heard about EZ from a friend who uses them he told me the products were great so I bought some for myself and I must say I was not disappointed super happy with everything I got 100%would recommend to people I will definitely be buying more from them
