This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them .
After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery .
No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back .
I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.
I changed from my normal supplier for my car dealership to Ez because the products are good, but I am thinking of changing supplier again due to their appalling delivery times, 2 to 4 weeks wait, and to cap it all, I keep getting bombarded with offers when they cannot even deliver my last order in a timely matter.
Love your products but having to wait 3 weeks for delivery is unacceptable in this day and age.this was my second order and the second time I had to wait 3 weeks for you to dispatch the order
Still waiting for 2 orders made at the beginning of feb 25, been promised on the phone that they would arrive yesterday! Still nothing so don’t bother with this company
Truly shocking customer service!!! 3 weeks I’ve been waiting for my order, I was promised it would be dispatched by the end of last week, surprise surprise, nothing!!!’nn I will be expecting a full refund. AVOID!!!!!!!
I can’t review their products as I have not received the order I placed on the 5th February. It is now the 21st and still no notification of my order being shipped. I was told over a week ago after I complained that it was being processed but feel like I’m being lied to. Such a shame as I’ve heard their products are very good but their delivery and customer service is shocking. You pay for delivery which is meant to be 4-6 days not 4-6 weeks. Sort yourselves out and get back to me or give me a refund!
Couldn't tell you about products as they haven't turned up yet it's been over 25 days and still hasn't been dispatched from the warehouse never mind getting here absolute joke of a company
I orders items on the 6th of Feb 25 from EZ car care which have still not been dispatched. I contacted the company via email with an updated responce from them, saying that due to an unexpected manufacturing issues, they are currently running about 10 working days behind and to inform me that thier warehouse team is now back on track, my order was being processed as quickly as possible. All lies as its now 14 days past and i have no clue into what is happening. DEFFIANTLY WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN !!
At Smith & Shine we've been using EZ for the last 3 year, 100%best product on the market by fair. Delivery always on time and correct.

22 days for my order to be delivered - 16 business days! Should have taken 4-6. As usual, they just say they’re busy, and you have to chase them for a generic email response. When it did arrive, was there a little sweetener as an apology - maybe a free towel, trial product or even a cheap card air-freshener? Of course not. They are just out to get new customers with their cheap bundle deals and don’t really care about customer service. I won’t use them again - Plenty of other UK based companies that delivery promptly. Shame, as the products are decent.
