This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

This graphene wax is easy to apply and buff off to an incredible gloss, recommend to watch demo video prior to application. Use quality applicator sponge and microfibre cloths to get the most from this wax. As always good prep work does enhance the finish.

I bought the ‘ceramic’ shampoo. It does bead well but there are hardly any suds produced. It dries too quickly, leaving water marks. These water marks do not disappear when rinsed and takes a lot of polishing to get rid.

I’ve now amended what was a great experience to a bad one. After ordering a bundle of products a few months ago I ordered some more fragrances. Gentlemen’s club was a blue liquid that smelt like JPG. What I received today was a yellow tinted liquid that doesn’t smell of anything at all!

Really pleased with the results I got from using the ceramic shampoo, followed by an application of the ceramic wax - incredible mirror like reflection. Easy application and stunning results. Have ordered some more for next time!
