This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Hard to use products, not a good finish compared to the claims made on their website and social media promotions. Emailed to complain, customer service was a joke, nothing of an apology about my experience with their products, nothing in way of compensation or a refund, seriously disappointed all round, definitely would not use these guys again, avoid!!

Ordered last Tuesday and paid £6.99 on delivery for 1-2 days , it’s now been 6 days not heard a thing back from any of my emails. Shit service

Love the chemicals from ez tried viper the other day for first time and I would go as far to say it’s better than aurora which I’ve been using and is great stuff. Only down side is there not delivering anything over 8kg to Scotland so I’m missing all those great offers . Cmon ez you need to sort this 👍🔥

I Had an issue with delivery as I had used auto fill on a form and put my old address. Ann Marie was so helpful in getting the issued resolved , 10/10 for customer service

The products themselves are really great, love the chromance and tyre gel. Fantastic shine from the chromance, The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of follow up on the length of time it took to come. It took around 2 weeks to come when it said 2 to 3 days. That being said the products are very reasonably priced and look great 👍 shame the delivery time was longer than anticipated but worth the wait.
