Over Charged by Esky Please be careful booking flights, make sure its direct with the airline you wish to fly with, its cheaper this way
I mistakenly went to Esky site instead of directly to airline I wanted to book with & Esky overcharged me £40 for tax & £7.50 for online checkin. £50 more than buying directly from the airline, no refund allowed despite contacting customer services. Esky need to be clear that they are not Wizz air & their advertising should be clear that they are esky & not Wizz, its too confusing having ESky wizz together. Their site should not be coming up on google before the airline you are searching for comes up. Also, when I contacted Esky customer services, they would not acknowledge my experience & they would not answer my questions about what had happened. This only added to my feelings of frustration & dissatisfaction with the service. I asked what the extra charges were for? a legitimate question in the circumstances. I had to ask 3 times before a rep finally answered my question. I also asked 3 times about how I could make an official complaint & I had to keep pushing before they answered me. Previous to finally answering my questions, they would just gloss over what I was saying & inform me their service was good & evade my specific questions! Infuriating! I also think they should give customers a full refund if they've mistakenly used their site in error, rather than not allowing a refund. Other services offer refunds. By not offering this it only upsets the customer more & they wont use their service again & they will give bad publicity to the airline. Please learn from my error
