Svindel, men gjort utspekulert. Dette firmaet må lære forskjell på lovlig og etisk riktig. De har lagd en nettside, som ja, sier at man er på esky sin nettside, men de har kjøpt annonseplass hos google som gir de førstetreffet, og første linja sier (f.eks) RYANAIR - BESTILL REISEN HER. Så, når man da er litt kjapp, så funker svindelen. Man går inn på nettsiden, og fyller automatisk inn info og klikker seg videre. Man er veldig nøye på å fylle inn riktig info og med å skrive inn kortnummer etc, så da blir man lurt av utformingen. De sier de er veldig tydelig, men det er ikke det første gang man er inne på siden. Det de tjener penger på er et "servicegebyr". De gjør ingenting. De har et script, som bestiller billetten for deg inne på nettsiden til flyselskapet, og som sender deg tid for å bekrefte. Om noe skjer, og du ikke kan reise, KAN du få igjen beløpet, men ikke servicegebyret. Så de lurer deg og flyselskapet. Og, les under her nå, på svaret som kommer fra de: "Vi er tydelige på at vi er et ledd mellom den reisende og flyselskaper, og det står tydelig på nettsiden at de er esky, og at det også står i terms and conditions". Seriøst bare les svaret som kommer 😂 Dette er skrevet etter svaret ble skrevet fra Esky: svarte akkurat som jeg skrev de ville.
I boght tickets to Italy with esky. The departure flights took 3 days before I was able to take off which made me miss the wedding we were attending. The airlie said I needed to go through esky for a refund since they were the company I purchase the ticets through. esky has not been helpful at all and refuses to help get me a refund. They keep dismissing me and I cant get to a erson to talk to to discuss my problem. I would NEVER use esky in my life. There is no way of communicating with them.
It is simplified and no complications with regards to filling the documents. I just love the smooth flow

They are HORRIBLE! Literally the system changed my date when i was purchasing ticket and they would not change it when i contacted them immediately. then, they charged me MORE money for a much CHEAPER ticket and the itinerary i did not want. They were awful.

Parto per Parigi tra 8 ore e non ho ricevuto carte d'imbarco né è possibile fare il check-in online. Ho mandato un messaggio con il modulo di contatto e nulla. Ho provato a chiamare ma sempre "fuori dall'orario lavorativo" (alle 17 non si lavora più? E alle 7 del mattino?). Esigo urgentemente le carte d'imbarco.

Voor mijn dochter en een vriendin een retour ticket Mallorca geboekt met bagage 15 kilo per persoon , ons keurig aan de afmetingen gehouden van de bagage mag het op eens geen reiskoffertje zijn 58 per persoon bij betalen terwijl er al voor dure bagage is betaald . Terug reis wordt dus het zelfde verhaal ! Waardeloos !

I feel angry, disappointed, and deceived. eSky is a dishonest and misleading company. I thought I was booking directly with the airline because their website URL included the airline’s name. That already felt like a trick. I chose a slightly more expensive flight because it supposedly included checked baggage. After I paid — at a price that appeared about 30% lower at the start — I realized checked baggage was not included, and I had to pay extra. That was never clearly stated. I also paid for their so-called “All Risk Trip Cancellation Insurance”, which sounds like it covers everything. But it turns out it only applies if you're seriously ill or in an emergency — it does not cover cancellation due to being misled, even though I have clear proof of the deception. When I checked the airline’s official website later, I found a cheaper ticket that already included baggage. This was a total scam. I feel tricked and angry. I will never use eSky again and strongly advise everyone to book directly with airlines. eSky is not what it pretends to be — just a shady middleman profiting off confusion.

Was easy to book the flight I wanted , however to get the visa debit card authorisation took much longer than I am used to in Europe.flight was not confirmed until the next day.

We have a ticket from Milano Malpensia but when we arrived to the airport there was not a flight to Copenhagen the flight was from Milano Linate, now there is there month before we can expect to get refund from our expenses to a taxi between the airports the flight took place one hour before our ticket, there was no information from esky Travel
