Ligg unna Esky!

Svindel, men gjort utspekulert. Dette firmaet må lære forskjell på lovlig og etisk riktig. De har lagd en nettside, som ja, sier at man er på esky sin nettside, men de har kjøpt annonseplass hos google som gir de førstetreffet, og første linja sier (f.eks) RYANAIR - BESTILL REISEN HER. Så, når man da er litt kjapp, så funker svindelen. Man går inn på nettsiden, og fyller automatisk inn info og klikker seg videre. Man er veldig nøye på å fylle inn riktig info og med å skrive inn kortnummer etc, så da blir man lurt av utformingen. De sier de er veldig tydelig, men det er ikke det første gang man er inne på siden. Det de tjener penger på er et "servicegebyr". De gjør ingenting. De har et script, som bestiller billetten for deg inne på nettsiden til flyselskapet, og som sender deg tid for å bekrefte. Om noe skjer, og du ikke kan reise, KAN du få igjen beløpet, men ikke servicegebyret. Så de lurer deg og flyselskapet. Og, les under her nå, på svaret som kommer fra de: "Vi er tydelige på at vi er et ledd mellom den reisende og flyselskaper, og det står tydelig på nettsiden at de er esky, og at det også står i terms and conditions". Seriøst bare les svaret som kommer 😂 Dette er skrevet etter svaret ble skrevet fra Esky: svarte akkurat som jeg skrev de ville.

They wrost travel company

I boght tickets to Italy with esky. The departure flights took 3 days before I was able to take off which made me miss the wedding we were attending. The airlie said I needed to go through esky for a refund since they were the company I purchase the ticets through. esky has not been helpful at all and refuses to help get me a refund. They keep dismissing me and I cant get to a erson to talk to to discuss my problem. I would NEVER use esky in my life. There is no way of communicating with them.

No stress

It is simplified and no complications with regards to filling the documents. I just love the smooth flow

Money back at last!

E-sky at long last have refunded my airfare after weeks of phone calls to the airline and contacting trust pilot to contact E-sky , as it's impossible to get through to them! They are not helping themselves. Changing flight times so they're unsuitable is not an option . Perseverance[but hassle] works!

SCAM

SCAM! Booked a flight through esky. The flight was changed and they offered a refund I’ve still not received the refund weeks later and despite contacting them 20 times by email. Their telephone line is not working. Will complain to consumers protection agencies.

Be carefully

Be carefully. First of all they add an agency fee. There is no reason using them you can book from skyscanner. Also the prices are higher than booking over the airlines. In my example esky is asking for 416 euro but on the airline page the flight cost 292 euro in summary. Means plus agency fee they take 170 euro more. Also because of their paid Google adds they are shown on first place when you type skyscanner in the search bar. So if you are not careful enough you accidentally end up on the wrong page. Webiste looks very similar. Update: a few hours later they updated the pricing. Still you better book directly and safe the agency fee

De burde finnes og stilles for retten ,kriminelle og raner folk.HOLD DERE UNNA eSky!

Vi befant oss i nordirak når det startet krig mellom Iran og Israel.Irakiske luftrommet ble stengt og våre fly ble kansellert. På utfordring av Norske og Finske myndigheter måtte vi ut av Irak snarest med bil eller buss mot Tyrkia. Vi kom oss over grensen og in i Tyrkia med bil og videre till Diyarbakir (en tyrkisk by med flyplass) målet er å komme till istanbul og videre til Helsinki.Etter 17 timmer i bil uten søvn med 2 små barn,i bilen prøvde vi å finne billetter fra Diyarbakir-Istanbul-Helsinki,åpner Google og der dukker det opp eSky og helvete starter. Vi finner billetter og bestiller fra dem 4 billetter til ca 11000kr med Pegasus.Vi fylle opplysninger og betalningen ble ok og vi tusen sjekket alt av dato (19.juni) og annet personopplysninger for sekerhetskykd og bekreftet bestilingen.Etter noen minutter får vi email fra eSky og bekreftelsen av billetterna,MEN på utreise dato merker vi en endring de har ENDRET DATOEN till 26.juni!!!! Emailer vi dem og av bestiller det hela.Vi kommer fram till Diyarbakir og tar buss derfra till Istanbul 21 timmer . I Istanbul emailer vi eSky igen og refundering av pengene,de skriver tillbaka "Vi kan refundere ca 6000kr " de takker vi ja til for det er bedre enn ingenting.Emailer eSky igen etter 2 dager om pengene,de skriver igen "bla bla bla for din email og vi har prøvd og kontakte deg angående avbestillingen men ikke fått kontakt med dere ,derfor nå kan dere ikke få 6000kr heller men kanskje 2700kr og den må behandles på nytt" .Idag 23.06 vi er hjemme i Helsinki og skriver denne anmeldelsen og IKKE har jeg fått noe svar eller penger fra eSky.Spørsmålene er mange.. men ett spørsmål som jeg kommer og finne svar på uansett hva det måtte koste meg er å finne de ansvariga till retten,for det her handler ikke bare om svindling av penger men et lek med andre menneskers liv i nød ! En gjeng med kriminelle Umenskliga og samvitighetsløse mennesker styrer denne kriminelle eSky,for guds skyld betal heller den lille ekstra og bestille direkte fra flyselskapet og HOLD DERE UNNA eSky ! Om det ikke finnes billetter direkte hos flyselskapet så finnes det heller IKKE noe billetter hos eSky heller for samme tidspunktet !!!!

This company seems to fraudulent

This company is fraudulent. I booked two flights obe TLV-Athens and one Athens-tel aviv. I ticket all the extras one for cancellation and refunds and one for insurance re cancellation and refunds. My Israel flight was cancelled and it feels like I’m in a loop. The email telling me about the cancellation tells me to go to my booking online, and the booking online tells me to look at my emails! They now tell me that I can’t cancel with Wizzair and wizzair who I also can’t physically speak to tell me I need to cancel the Athens - London flight through eSky! I paid also to an insurance company theu emailed me in polish. I emailed them in English about how to claim the refunds and I’ve heard nothing back.

Dishonest agency

Im very disappointed First of all, while booking I assumed i have booked directly from HiSky airlines But it was not the first travel agency I deal to, but the first time the service was so awful The communication is very bad and takes 3 to 7 days to get response and should sent reminders When airline company cancelled the flight about 20 %?of amount was deducted as a service fee, although it was not my fail and the full amount should be refunded. If i would book directly I get the full refund, so its a kind of scam , because service fees was not mentioned upon the booking I will never use their service again Im sorry such dishonest agencies are available
