I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

A great selling experience
We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them. The marketing for our property was carried out incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. We felt they truly did our home justice. Once we accepted an offer, which thankfully happened quite quickly, we worked closely with Darren Nelson to see the sale through. We were really impressed with how clearly and promptly he communicated, and unlike our previous experiences, we felt we could genuinely trust what we were being told. Of course, buying and selling property is always stressful, but we cannot imagine another company delivering a better level of service. We highly recommend Equity, and especially Darren, to handle your sale.
Exceptional and caring service
Darren Nelson is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and considerate agents I have come across. A long and drawn out sale was made completely bearable by knowing Darren was on our side. Just a brilliant service.

Equity’s work ethic and excellence…
Equity’s work ethic and excellence stood out from the other Estate Agents. Attention to detail, getting the right people to view my property and follow-up. The aftercare I received was priceless for without Helen’s great communication skills and ability to follow-up, I believe my sale would have fallen through. She basically managed my solicitor, myself and my buyer. Thank you team for your excellent work ethic.

I would just like to share my experience with Equity estate agents, I have purchased 4 properties from them over the last few years since 2014. The level of service they provide is so professional, they are calm yet always do what they say, they give you honest advise and not sugar coated like other estate agents, my last property wasn’t selling so I asked a few agents to sell it, however, equity were the ones who yet again came to the top and sold it. I would highly recommend them to everyone who is thinking of selling there property, buying a first time property or even selling a property that is just not bugging and selling - these guys will sell it for you and at the best price, I would especially like to thank Helen Nicoloau, Darren Nelson and Aaliyah Salih, Aaliyah in sales, who sold my last property with her professional approach in selling, Helen who progressed the sale and made sure that it all happened in a timely fashion liaising with the lawyers and agents in the chain and Darren who ensured that the whole process ran smoothly and efficiently, I am one who does get a little stressed at times but each time I did the staff at equity always helped put my mind at rest and talk me through any concerns I was having at those times, I have just bought another property from them which completes in a couple of weeks, I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone - just simply a nice bunch of professional people who know there stuff yet add that personal old school touch - which is very rare these days..

We can truly reccommend Equity Enfield Town to anyone wanting to sell a house in the Edenbridge Rd area. Pablo and his team have shown the utmost professionalism from the first contact. We researched what 3 agents had sold most properties in Edenbridge Rd before choosing one, and we now understand why Equity came out tops. With weekly update phone calls, the process never became stressful, as we were always kept in the loop of where we were in the selling process. Equity dealt with the sale of 2 houses…
Equity dealt with the sale of 2 houses for me, mine and my mothers, at the same time. Although this was quite a stressful time they made it easier by taking control of my mother’s house sale, dealing with all viewings and contact, this was very helpful. All the staff were knowledgeable about both sales and very approachable about any queries. The service from Equity was excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property in Enfield .

Writing this from our new home in Wales where WI FI has just been installed. A huge thank you to Josh and all the team at Enfield for making our house sale go as easily as possible. From the initial contact to handing over the keys we felt looked after and valued and as if nothing was too much trouble or trivial to ask.
