I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

A great selling experience
We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them. The marketing for our property was carried out incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. We felt they truly did our home justice. Once we accepted an offer, which thankfully happened quite quickly, we worked closely with Darren Nelson to see the sale through. We were really impressed with how clearly and promptly he communicated, and unlike our previous experiences, we felt we could genuinely trust what we were being told. Of course, buying and selling property is always stressful, but we cannot imagine another company delivering a better level of service. We highly recommend Equity, and especially Darren, to handle your sale.
Exceptional and caring service
Darren Nelson is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and considerate agents I have come across. A long and drawn out sale was made completely bearable by knowing Darren was on our side. Just a brilliant service.

Best renting experience so far

Great experience
We have just rented a house with Equity, so far so good and easy. Julia made our little dream come true and finally moved in to the new beautiful house. The whole process we went through, was fast. Julia is a professional. Definitely recommend this agency.

During my search for a new property
During my search for a new property. I was help by Equity Estate Agent. The staff are very helpful and polite. my agent Julia was good in what she does. Her mannerism also is very good. Her calmness and the way she applied herself and the time she takes to complete each task, in getting be into a property is amazing. Especially as I was looking during the Christmas time. Excellent service. It is very helpful that a staff member is constantly following up with both side’s solicitors to move things forward. Very reliable, know the market and also give you a realistic valuation if you are selling. Always nice and polite. I have never before completed a sale so fast.
