I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

A great selling experience
We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them. The marketing for our property was carried out incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. We felt they truly did our home justice. Once we accepted an offer, which thankfully happened quite quickly, we worked closely with Darren Nelson to see the sale through. We were really impressed with how clearly and promptly he communicated, and unlike our previous experiences, we felt we could genuinely trust what we were being told. Of course, buying and selling property is always stressful, but we cannot imagine another company delivering a better level of service. We highly recommend Equity, and especially Darren, to handle your sale.
Exceptional and caring service
Darren Nelson is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and considerate agents I have come across. A long and drawn out sale was made completely bearable by knowing Darren was on our side. Just a brilliant service.

Thanks for the great Service :)
I've been dealing with Equity since 2007 and the quality of service has never failed to disappoint! I am always kept update to date with recent changes and regulatory updates and most importantly I have never felt just like a number. The service has always felt tailored to my needs and requirements. Amongst many of the Equity team there has been one particular member that has stood out for me, and that is Androulla Charalambous who has has been exceptional. Androullas persistence to succeed, organised and logical methodology makes her function ten steps ahead which makes the overall service extremely pro-active rather than re-active. However, it isn't just one person that makes an organisation function well - Big thanks to Mark, Paris, Kevin and the rest of the team!

Feedback for Equity The team at Equity done an absolutely fantastic job selling my house. As we put the house up for sale just before Xmas 2019, it was a tough time to think about getting a sale, but just 26 days after the resumption of business in the new year we achieved a sale. Special mention to Josh for the initial contact and getting the ball rolling, and to Pablo and Matt who brought round a constant stream of people to view the house. Equity sold my parents home over 10…
Equity sold my parents home over 10 years ago and they were very happy so when it was my turn to move up the property ladder my first port of call was Equity estate agent's they have a very patient professional team who are always available to answere any questions and chase up other parties in the sale. They were reasonable in their commissions and priced my property in the correct price range which gave us a quick and satisfying sale. I would and have recommended them to my friends and family and if i ever needed an estate agent again I would definitely be going back. Darren your amazing and thank you for all your efforts even when you were on annual leave you still had time for us.
