I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

A great selling experience
We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them. The marketing for our property was carried out incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. We felt they truly did our home justice. Once we accepted an offer, which thankfully happened quite quickly, we worked closely with Darren Nelson to see the sale through. We were really impressed with how clearly and promptly he communicated, and unlike our previous experiences, we felt we could genuinely trust what we were being told. Of course, buying and selling property is always stressful, but we cannot imagine another company delivering a better level of service. We highly recommend Equity, and especially Darren, to handle your sale.
Exceptional and caring service
Darren Nelson is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and considerate agents I have come across. A long and drawn out sale was made completely bearable by knowing Darren was on our side. Just a brilliant service.

Very happy with level of service.
Very happy with the level of service from Equity in Enfield with the sale of our Mum's property. We were always kept up to date on how the sale was progressing and the sale was completed just before lockdown. The team were fantastic and I will certainly ensure I involve Darren, Helen and Billy will the future sale of our property.

Sold my property through Equity six…
Sold my property through Equity six weeks ago and managed to move to my new property before the Government advise to not move. This was mainly due to the professionalism of the staff at Equity, particularly Darren who has been so helpful. I had many last minute queries regarding the sale. He never failed to call me back or text me, even when he was off duty weekend and evenings. I would highly recommend the EQUITY team.

Darren and team were brilliant.. Bought my property two yrs ago with Equity and used them again last month to sell the same property.. very smoothly done and very very supportive... Excellent customer service
Used these guys to let 3 of our new built properties. I was very surprised with how quickly they managed to secure professional tenants for us at full asking price. Equity...Only team to use in Enfield for sales or lettings. Have bought, sold and let with Equity for some time now, but when it came to selling my dads home it was a hard time for all.
