So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

I was struggling to pay my direct debit so on a whatsapp chat I suggested my repayment plan and agent was happy to accept plus arranged all the bank payments for me this eased my stress significantly

What i dislike most is getting a tariff offer dated 3rd July and when I finally manage to contact eon the offer is gone so I have to go with a much dearer tariff. What a waste of postage. Ridiculous

In a very confusing market, with caps, rates, and energy price forecasts all over the place, I phoned Eon for advice. Spent a long time chatting to a lovely lady, who laid out various plans, and patiently explained things that I couldn't understand, or hadn't thought of. Even got a slight reduction as I'd built up some credit. I can't guarantee it's the best tariff in the world, ever, (who can?), but I feel a lot better about it after the time and help I was given. Nice to be able to talk to somebody helpful, these days..
