Eon customer, needed a new tariff.
In a very confusing market, with caps, rates, and energy price forecasts all over the place, I phoned Eon for advice. Spent a long time chatting to a lovely lady, who laid out various plans, and patiently explained things that I couldn't understand, or hadn't thought of. Even got a slight reduction as I'd built up some credit. I can't guarantee it's the best tariff in the world, ever, (who can?), but I feel a lot better about it after the time and help I was given. Nice to be able to talk to somebody helpful, these days..
