So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

My gas was turned off so I contacted customer service. I first spoke to someone named Peter. He was fantastic! He was so helpful and gave me clear instructions on how I might be able to solve my issue. I had no idea what I was doing but he was patient and so helpful! The next day I spoke to a girl called Jess, she was also incredibly helpful! She followed up from where I’d left things with Peter and helped me orangise for someone to come out. I got a call on the day to say e on would be coming soon, I think it may have been Peter on the phone or just someone with the same name but again fantastic service! The young man came out and unfortunately wasn’t able to help with my situation. But he was ever so sorry, he was so polite and tried his hardest for me. He told me what to do from there and he couldn’t have been any more helpful! I had another message from Jess would I thought was a lovely touch! I discussed with her how it hadn’t gone to plan. Fast forward to today and I’ve had another man come out to fix what they’d originally come out for last Tuesday. Again he was fantastic! He was polite and ever so lovely. He talked me through my smart meter and was unbothered by my dog barking the whole time! Jess then messaged again to see how I’d got on. I honestly can not fault any of the colleagues that I spoke with in the last few days! I work in retail so I know how challenging it can be with customers but they honestly did amazing and I really hope they get the credit they deserve because my experience was 10/10 and I’ve told so many people how good it was. They all took the stress away from me and made it all just a calm and smooth experience! I can’t hype them all up enough! Just amazing!
