So far so good, excellent communication!

So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!

Very helpful

They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

EON NEXT WORST COMPANY EVER

eon next worst company ever I would not recommend them as I have been harassed by the staff by emails and letters and text messages for money, I have emailed to a member of staff Anele the assistant who is dealing with the queriers I gave here a rundown on what comes inn and what goes out I have explained that I'm on universal credit and paying what I can afford this is not enough as they want me to set up a payment plan with them . It seams what im paying is not enough for them DUE TO THIS I WILL NOT BE EATING FOR A MONTH DUE TO EON DEMARDING FULL PAYMENT As I have advised that this becoming HERASSMENT, VICTIMISATIATION AND BULLING and will not look for eon and will give them a bad reputation for there customers , Eon are not the best I would not recommend them to anyone I have expand to eon that Im paying it £10.00 per month of the outstanding debt £149.00 As for the account Eon next can still resolve the problem I have emails of conversations with the girl who was dealing with the situation, and now she is saying she was not going g to call me wed afternoon when she put it in writing.
