So far so good, switch from BG was easy, the gas took a bit longer to switch over but I think there was a slight issue with connecting to the gas smart meter, but a quick WhatsApp chat later (on a Saturday!) and everything was quickly resolved by Lewis. Impressed with the quick communication. EV tariff from 00:00 to 07:00 is amazing as well, those extra two hours really make a difference!
Hasan was extremely helpful and efficient
They were very helpful and patient. Nice to speak to someone with a genuinely friendly personality. I would recommend them.

E-on have bombarded me with emails, texts and letters over the last few years to a point where I'm ready to change provider. They also continue to send intrusive messages to the previous bill payer. They simply will not stop asking me to accept a new Smart meter despite it not being mandatory. If you are contemplating moving to E-on then think again.

When l rang this number l got a voice which did not list an opportunity to dis cuss the large amount you are taking in my DD Will you please contact me on the landline number you have got inyour records. William, the staff member that delt with our account was excellent, understanding and very helpful, in approximately three working days he had solved our problems and set up our account. Our previous supplier still hadn't done that over the past 15 months. Excellent work.
